Returns & Exchanges Policy

At J3 Luxe Hair Co, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, strict return guidelines apply.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn

    • Unaltered

    • In original packaging

    • With security seal intact

Important Hygiene Policy

For sanitary reasons:

  • Once the seal on the product packaging is broken, returns and refunds will NOT be accepted.

  • This ensures all customers receive products that meet our hygiene and quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used wigs, bundles, or hair products

  • Customized or made-to-order wigs

  • Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for eligible items:

  • Item must meet all return conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and your order number

  • We will resolve the issue promptly
